About Buenos Aires
AnyBody Argentina is proud to be part of the larger global movement Endangered Bodies, currently comprised of the eight regions listed in our logo above. The various teams around the world launched their initiatives at a series of successful summits in Buenos Aires, London, New York, Sao Paulo, and Melbourne during March 2011. The events attracted wide media attention and interest in taking more action.
The summits were originally called Endangered Species, but through our evolution we updated our name to Endangered Bodies to include not only women, but all of the other bodies that are affected.

Our Activity in Argentina
Our group, based out of Buenos Aires, is committed to transforming the current visual culture and society into one that includes a wide diversity of bodies. A primary focus of our work has involved promoting size law compliance, so that the majority of Argentines are able to purchase fashionable clothes with ease and without having to face size prejudice. In addition to collaborating with top Argentine clothing brands, we have worked with INADI and la Camara de Indumentaria toward the goal of establishing a unified national size law, and in April 2017, we co-presented a national size law bill in Congress that we co-wrote with Congresswoman Victoria Donda.
